Daniel Müller-Schott – festival personality
You have already played with the Pilsen Philharmonic during the Engadin Festival in St. Moritz. Are you looking forward to another joint concert with this orchestra?
I’m really looking forward to sharing music with this wonderful group of musicians. Dvorak´s Concerto was rewarding and to dive into the personal world of Elgar will be another adventure.
Together with the Pilsen Philharmonic, you will launch the 45th Smetana Days Festival with an opening concert. What can listeners look forward to?
To play the opening concert of the festival is an immeasurable honour and something to remember. Elgar wrote his Concerto late in his life, it is such an emotional journey to experience for everyone, a heartfelt statement of his love of the romantic era. I invite everyone to join us on that night.
