The Pilsen Philharmonic ended this season with the final "platinum" concert
The final concert of this year's season of the Pilsen Philharmonic entitled "3 x B" in Měšťanská beseda thrilled the audience. Soloist Josef Špaček and the Pilsen Philharmonic under the button Chuhei Iwasaki received a long standing ovation. The director of the Pilsen Philharmonic, Lenka Kavalová, thanked all subscribers for their support during this difficult period and also thanked the current chief conductor Ronald Zollman, who was supposed to conduct this concert from the Platinum series, but could not come from Belgium due to epidemiological measures. The new future chief conductor of the Pilsen Philharmonic, Chuhei Iwasaki, played an even more difficult role, having to rehearse the whole program with the orchestra in a short time and managed the concert brilliantly. The audience present praised him with a well-deserved applause.
The new season 2021/2022 will begin on September 16, 2021 with an opening concert entitled "Igor Ardashev and Chuhei Iwasaki".
The subscription for the new season is currently on sale and can be purchased in advance until July 2, 2021.
